Staff was very nice, the location was very nice, I liked the layout of the room.
Room had stains on walls, the shower kept changing between hot and cold, the batteries were almost dead in the tv remotes, I was there 2 days and room wasnÃ‚'t cleaned and restocked with towels, coffee maker was dirty.
The room was nice. I checked in late and they upgrade me to a king suite.
The ac in the room did not work. The Hermosa said it was 80 in there. I told the desk and they said it was the only room available. He said he would give me enough credits for a free room. He did not give me close to enough for a free stay.
Needs to be remodeled
The bed was comfortable and the staff was fantastic.
The air conditioner wasnÃ‚'t working properly.
That everything was open too use
Absolutely nothing! I was misled about the pool about breakfast and everything else! It was the worst hotel stay ever. To add to that I was woke up by something hitting me in my sleep and the staff would not issue a full refund! And I ended up in the Er
Pest control is much needed
Hand sanitizer station near the elevators were empty. The American flag was not flying, though there was a flag pole for it.
The area is around all my friends. Nice space and clean.
I was placed in a room that was already less than clean, the jacuzzi ejected debris into the bath while running(I took photos of this) and the person I spoke to was rude and insulting when addressing a issue.
Very friendly, didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t have standard two bed so gave us a suite
Tv remote didnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t work which was quite annoying
The manager was attentive to the customers and visited during breakfast.
