The bed was super hard and the walls were really thin. I could hear the people next to me and somehow heard something above me even thought I was on the top floor. Also the room was a little run down, with little bits of wear and tear throughout it.

Overall the hotel is good however could do with an upgrade in parts. Best bed I have ever slept in, so comfortable and pillows are a dream! Staff all great and on hand to help.

Just needs an upgrade. Be costly as it's a huge hotel but concidering it's got so much competition around from the other hotels just needs a bit more TLC.

Nice hotel in good location...
Positives:
The comfortable bed was fresh with ample comfy pillows. The room size was decent. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Short walk (2 blocks) from the Fashion Outlet Mall of Chicago. Parking was convenient and affordable (25/night).
Negatives:
On arrival, there was what looked like a lot of pubic hair on the floor behind the bathroom door, on the countertop and on the toilet. The walls are dinged up throughout the hallways. Walls and carpet and need a refresh. Floors need a thorough cleaning. The hotel is touted like a 4-star, but because of the wear and tear inside and the fact it was not impeccably clean, it felt more like a 3/4-star hotel.
