No clear instructions about how to get to the hotel which was supposedly IN the airport itself that you pay over $400. We had so much luggage with us because we were traveling internationally. It was most inconvenient to take all our heavy luggage into the train and then drag them in. No concierge to help, no helpful staff either. The hotel is dirty, shabby with stains all over the lobby carpets, its a step back into the 70s. The bath tub had stains. No money has gone into the infrastructure considering the amount they charge.
