Positives: It was located near my meeting location. The staff were wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating.
Negatives: I specifically reserved a room at this hotel because there was a pool. The pool was closed with no notice. Also, the hotel airport shuttle was not available on the afternoon I left. They should advertise when the shuttle runs; it was an added expense.

Negatives: Their shuttle service was unreliable for Airport arrival and departure times. I ended up getting my own taxi to get to the hotel after looking for the shuttle and finding out that they shutdown earlier.
