They didn’t explain what my payment was for before swiping my card. Charge me an extra parking fee the next day after stating that I paid for it already. Never cleaned my room. Had to debate for additional towels, etc.

It is very close to the Allstate Arena and we had an event there

Housekeeping never cleaned our room. When we asked at the front desk they say they go around morning until check out. So even when were out the room at 10:30am our room was not cleaned when we got back at 7pm.

Wish there was a microwave either in the room or on the floor to reheat our meals. Toilets were really low and hard to get off of. Thought 2 dollars for a pack of 2 cookies was extreme. Felt like we were being taken advantage of after already giving our business to your hotel. Everything else was amazing.

I wish there was a non-down pillow in the room - any time I remembered as I was out most days, housekeeping was already gone.

Very bad stay, hotel was not clean.bad staff. Expensive bar, 16 dollars for lousy fries. No water in the room. Shuttle driver was very rude.
