Rooms were clean. But the staff, especially at reception were ACES! As in great. Helpful, and very friendly.

I wish there was a non-down pillow in the room - any time I remembered as I was out most days, housekeeping was already gone.

Very bad stay, hotel was not clean.bad staff. Expensive bar, 16 dollars for lousy fries. No water in the room. Shuttle driver was very rude.

Didn't get my upgraded room as promised. Bar drinks and food outrageously priced. Free breakfast ran out of food early. Didn't seem like they were well prepared for a busy weekend, which to me should be expected as they are right next to All-State Arena and 7 min drive from Stephen's center.

During my stay, I reported to the receptionist that there was a smell of burning grass in my bathroom. unfortunately no one came to check. then when I returned to my country, I received an email from the hotel that they were charging me $250 for smoking in the room!! this is such a joke!! I've been to this hotel twice and I won't stay there again. I do not recommend!!!
