Positives: We heard no noise from neighbors. TV worked well. View was nice. People staying near us were friendly and clean. No safety concerns outside or COVID regulation issues inside. Would definitely recommend.

Positives: The location was perfect, not only were there places to visit, like the fashion outlets within walking distance but the subway was a short walk in the opposite direction so I was able to get to wherever I wanted.
Negatives: It's a very big place, would have been nice to have some kind of event to go to on Thursday or Friday night in the hotel.

Positives: The staff was friendly and courteous. My room was clean ready when I arrived.
Negatives: There was a cleaning towel left in the bathroom when I opened the shower curtain. Also, the fire alarm went off during my stay and I had to leave the hotel. It would have been nice to receive a text or call when it was safe to return.

Negatives: Probably should warn about parking. ItÂ's 34.00 a day, the cheaper garage across the street is closed and there really isnÂ't any more affordable parking options close by.
