It was a good stay...
Negatives:
I arrived at the hotel and waited over an hour and a half in line to register at the hotel desk.. The staff did very little to announce what the issues were that was causing the long queue of guest waiting at 1:00 a.m.. Rumors among the other guests standing online to be serviced by the hotel staff were swirling. Finally, in a feeble voice, a staff member from the sign-in area announced a computer glitch.

After a canceled flight we were forced to spend the night in a O'hare Hotel. on arrival we were tired from the trauma of a canceled flight and waiting hours in line to get our next flight. We arrived at the hotel and stood in line again. They had two agents and the line was 10 people deep. HERE IS THE PROBLEM, a flight crew arrived at the same time and they dedicated one of the Sonesta agents to cut the line and book them into their rooms, before everyone waiting in line. WOW, I was spending a night at the hotel because of the airline's failures and here was the hotel providing them with preferential treatment! I thought I was going to come unglued.....
