Between Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 at midnight and Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jun 1st, 2023 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: First room was not clean so we got a different one. Second room smelled like smoke even though there's no smoking allowed. The room was cold and we couldn't turn up the heat. The sheets and blanket were thin so didn't offer much warmth and there was only 1 more thin sheet in the closet which didn't help much.
