After Sunday, Jul 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I liked the location.

Negatives: The front desk (Mike) gave us the keys to a dirty room. Then we had to wait in a long line till they could switch us to another room. The new room smelled heavily like cigarette smoking, even though this is a non-smoking establishment. The front desk said I could either check out or stay, since they already extended the courtesy and switched rooms once. That first time should not have counted, since it was a dirty hotel room. We had to stay the night, but our allergies were very flared up.

Positives: They had open rooms but made me sleep in the car til 3:00 the room did not have enough towels they had tap on the counter top as boarder. and the office ladies had a bad attitude and rude, i dont mean to complain because it was a place to stay all and all but the fact we had to wait three hours just to get a room so we could us the restroom.
