We actually didn't stay. This stay was for my son and his partner.I had booked a stay direct from the 15th to the 18th for three of us... me, hub, and son.. We stayed one night on that res and cancelled the rest, and moved to another hotel. It was very old and worn. My husband has Parkinsons and could not not get up from the sagging furniture. The hideabed mattress was 3 inches thick and unsleepable for our son so he stayed at his sisters home on the 15th. In the bedroom, each double..not queen...was pushed against the wall. It was too late to cancel this Booking res so I just ate the money for the 17th and paid for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn for our son and his partner. This was an embarrassment to the brand. This is usually our fave brand. This looks like a very sad, old apt complex.

There was no hot water, we notified the front desk and they told us to run the water. It worked for a few minutes then I had to take a cold shower. We couldn’t even shower in the morning because no one came to fix it.
