I love the fact that the hotel gives you the in home experience and resort life. The Basketball Court was an added bonus but someone was upset a kept coming out their room complaining

That it was a Suite having a separate bedroom and living space. There was a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink. We also had a dinning area to eat and a pull out couch. The 2 large televisions was a huge plus.
Negatives:
The suite had a few cosmetic issues with wallpaper falling off in areas and the backboard in bedroom paint or wallpaper was chipping. The vent was bent in bedroom and hard to open. No towel racks for hand towels and shower and conditioner dispenser empty

Very comfortable surroundings and clean. Great location. Staff friendly and helpful.

First I have to say we love staying with Sonesta, but this time the garbage disposal didnt work and the sink did not have a stopper in order to keep water in the sink or keep food out of the garbage disposal. We spoke with the front desk. They spoke to maintenance who checked out kitchen outlets but we never got a stopper. The bed in our room (2213) was so very uncomfortable with little support, rolling us to the middle. Nether my husband or I have back problems, but our backs still hurt 4 days after checking out. I may need to postpone my scheduled shoulder surgery until the pain is gone.

These small apartment suites have are spacious and give the ability to do some cooking in the full kitchen. Decent breakfast.
Negatives:
Operates with military precision. When they say check in is at 4, that doesn't mean that, if there's a ready room, you can check in. 4pm. Hmmmm. Breakfast room is open till 9 on weekdays. At 9, the door is pulled closed. Hmmmm. I have stayed all over the world in numerous places at every price point and I have never seen anything like this. I realize that one deals with all sorts of different people. The initial impression was not so hot.
