Positives:
I had a concert at Rosemont Theater and chose this hotel after reading reviews. Best decision ever. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. They will send you a text and if you reply 'shuttle' to the text, you'll get a link. Tell them where you are and where you want to go and you'll be shown where the driver is, how long he'll take to get to you, etc. We arrived to the hotel EXTREMELY early. But they let us check in for free. (We were at least 3 1/2 hours earlier than our check n time.)
We settled in and then walked downstairs and asked for a shuttle to the concert. Free. They dropped us off at the door of the Rosemont Theater and told us to call them when we were ready to be picked up.
We took a little longer to get out the next day but there were zero issues with leaving at 12:30.
Lots of plugs and plugs for USB items.
We like our rooms hot and the heater did not disappoint us!
It is not the cleanest hotel. Soap and other items were somewhat sparse. But they totally made up for it via customer service and a desire to please.
Also, they have a UNOs restaurant attached to the hotel on the first floor. You can dial an extension from your room to order. You pay the restaurant; it's not charged to your bill.
The breakfast buffet was ok. Not the best I've ever had but it filled me up. Lots of room in the restaurant to eat and, as always, you can take the food to your room.
Finally, the reviews mention a female driver. She had me cracking up on the way to the concert. Definitely a people person!
Negatives:
Televisions were on the small side. But there were two of them and both of the remotes had been cleaned and wrapped in plastic. Toiletries were also on the small side. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap. The sink, at least in my room, was outside the bathroom. So you have to wash your hands after you leave the bathroom unless you wash them in the tub.
Sturdy desk to write on and a shockingly comfortable chair. Pull out couch was your typical pull out couch. There if needed but not suggested for a full night's sleep.

Positives:
Location was convenient for next days international flight. Morning shuttle to the airport was fine and expedient.
Negatives:
Upon arrival at the airport, I waited on hold for more than 15 minutes after calling the property to request pickup ORD. Then waited for shuttle, and when arriving at the property, one desk clerk training another at a glacial pace. At the end of the process, it took more than an hour to go from baggage claim until I was in my room.
When checking out, no staff at desk. Once someone arrived, they took my room key and said “you’re all set” . Never looked at my folio, never offered bill or receipt, not as much as a “thank you for staying” or “have a good day”, just total indifference.
