Between Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Spacious and clean studio near the airport. Shuttle to and from was perfect. At the front desk Donna was very helpful and sweet. I was able to check in before 12 pm, which was crucial for my schedule that day (regular time is 4 pm). Overall a great experience.

Negatives: If you want to sightsee in Chicago this place is a bit too far from the attractions. Uber ride to Douglass Park was around $35.

Negatives: It wasn’t clear that the hotel shuttle from the airport was NOT the Sonesta shuttle bus, which meant we ended up at the wrong hotel and had to take a taxi to the Suites.
