Staff was incredibly rude. Rooms were semi-clean however; lamp shades look like they had been burnt at the bottom, Kleenex box was tore with random, different colored tissues stuffed inside, and charge $25 for checking in 20 mins early.

Only a couple minutes from the airport so it makes it convenient to go back and forth with the free shuttle. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
My expectations for hotels near airports are fairly low, such high turnover means you can't really expect too much. That said, the desk chair was nearly falling apart and ripped up, the carpeting was filthy and stained in many places and needs to be replaced.

The water was hot. Besides a problem with the shower, the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfy.

Where to begin... My original booking was for five nights, but I only stayed three in the end. My first night I had a visitor in the shower. Part of the shower vent is hidden behind the tile wall and a spider came out and crawled down the wall to say hi. He was small and didn't bother me but that would freak most people out. Next thing I know he was gone, supposedly back in his home in the vent. The tub fixtures need to be tightened, the faucet and the shower knob were loose. The carafe on the coffee pot is aftermarket because the pot lid didn't push on the button and the bottom of the basket so it wouldn't drain. I had to use a butter knife at a 45°angle on the button on the bottom of the basket to drain the coffee out. After 2 requests(over 2 days), they brought me another coffee pot and it was the same. They charge $10 a night( check the fine print) for parking but my ride didn't stay, they booked a room at another accommodation. They still charged me $50 even though I only had a car there one night. They serve no meals there, they have grab and go but you're paying airport prices. I had to check out two nights early because of a personal emergency and now I'm fighting to get my two nights money back, the manager was supposedly too busy to talk to me the day I checked out ( I called after checkout) and still hasn't responded to booking.com's email request for an adjustment and now I'm waiting for them to call me back. They refuse to give me any money back for parking. I'm going to call them everyday and if they don't reach out by the end of this week (today's Tuesday) I'm going to keep working my way up the food chain, I will find out who owns sonesta simply suites and complain to them.
