I made a mistake and booked a room for 11-4 instead of 11-3. The roomed I booked was $129 and the room I got on Friday cost me $169. I could see if it was crowded but there was only about 10 cars in the parking lot. I was ripped off. I will never use your hotel again.

The staff was great. We were highly disappointed. The main reason we stayed at this hotel was for the hot tub advertised. However the hot tub was out of service but yet the advertise they had one.
Negatives:
Only reason we selected this hotel was it had a hot tub. However the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. Had we known that we would have reserved somewhere else. They would not compensate us or refund the room so we could go somewhere with a hot tub.
