Room needed some attention. Someone patched a hole in wall in bathroom and never painted over it. Sheers hanging in one of the windows was shredded to pieces. Very tacky.

Water in room stopped working on the 2nd day. Staff were unprofessional. Felt unsafe because hotel was next to a truck stop and train depot and some exterior doors were broken. Booked a handicapped room but didnt get one. Placed on 3rd floor far away the elevator. Contacted booking.com about not getting the accessible room I booked and was told to contact the hotel. Hotel said the were fully booked and couldnt do anything.

close to town, separate nookwith a sink and refrigerator in addition to bathroom sink, amazing customer service by the lady at the front desk (kind, personable, caring, friendly, efficient, easy check-in and out, made us feel valued)
Negatives:
Walls thin (heard tvs, people walking by in the hallway and walking on the floors above us all night long although if you ran the air conditioner or heating unit, you couldnt hear them), brown roach bug crawling on the wall, there were also two small, dead, black roach bugs inside the refrigerator (at check-out, my husband mentioned this and the front desk clerk immediately got with maintenance to advise for them to take care of it)

Amazing staff who granted me a late checkout with a smile. Great Breakfast. Location was perfect, right off major freeway. I'm from Michigan and will definitely use this hotel again. It was comfortable and clean!
