I searched for a hotel with a pool and breakfast. Both were closed. I saw reviews that most people's low ratings were from poor breakfasts, but I didn't see no pool. The staff said they've alerted you... I hate that you advertise nonexistent amenities.

The bed was fine. The staff was fine considering what they are forced to do because of bad policies from management.
Negatives:
Force you to pay $80 cash deposit (no card allowed). ATM next to front desk to extract extra fee. Next day, force you to wait 15 min while staff checks room to get it back. Sink was busted. Bathroom smelled like smoke. Sticky door handles.

Extremely rude, abusive staff. No pool, hot tub, breakfast, all reasons we chose this hotel. Demanded $80 cash deposit which is not listed anywhere. Left after the first night, was told second night would be refunded, but not betting on it.

I didn't stay it's nothing like the pictures it stinks its dirty it's fraudulent as is the comfort inn by it & the super 8 on dirksen. None of them look like their pictures. They shouldn't be open.

Upon arrival I was instructed that the hotel has a mandatory $80 CASH deposit that must be paid, even with a paid reservation. Conveniently (and profitable for the hotel) there is an ATM in the lobby you can use. Also checked out early without refund.

It was advertised as having morning breakfast included, and this was not the case. There was a restaurant quite close, but I didn't have time in the mornings to go to a restaurant. Also there was no facial tissue in the room.
