Nothing at all. If they do not get some management they will loose their flag.
Negatives:
I did not like that my room was dirty, did not have a phone or clock. The staff kept lying saying that they are applying points to my account for my terrible experience. It was just really bad and everyone I can came across who stayed there felt the same.
