The location worked well for us.
Negatives:
The sheets looked very dirty or at best stained. The bathroom was dirty, there was soap on the walls from the last guests and there was hair on the toilet. The lobby was playing music with profanity that wasn't even bleeped out and the lady working the front desk was singing along while helping us check in.

Our heat not AC didnt work in our room so we were given a portable heater for the room and told to open up the window if need be. We asked multiple times for someone to come clean our room and change the sheets etc and were told that housekeeping doesnt come until weve been there for 3 days.
