Negatives:
Management would not work with Booking to credit us the last night of our stay, which we did not need due to scope of work changes. Bookings called management, to give us the credit, but management wanted email confirmation. Management would not even take the time to talk with us about the situation. Hopefully all La Quinta's management is not just after the dollars!

Positives:
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were scheduled to stay April 1 through April 4, but we had to leave a day early. They refused to refund us the last day, even though we checked out early in the morning on the third. We plan on going back to Springfield in May. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this hotel.

The front desk employees were less then helpful and actually quite rude. They had a bell on the desk to ring when No one was there, I rang it twice and got a lecture on only ringing the bell once, really....from an employee who looked to be 12.
