great location on route 66. Close to a great country market. the staff were really pleasant and helpful. My room was clean prepared and ready exactly as I specified in my special request.

All was great. Of course people would like amenities of a Hyatt for the price of a Red Roof Inn. I think this is of great value for the price.

Other guests were loud late at night, making it very hard to sleep.
I accidentally booked a smoking room but staff didn't offer to put me in a non-smoking room.
Shower didn't have any hot water which is awful in the winter.
Hotel can be a bit annoying to get to.
Room service only came every other day and didn't empty my trash.

I arrived much later than planned, but was able to check in without any problems.
There are Japanese restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, which is very convenient.
Negatives:
We had to sleep with the heat on the whole time because of a draft coming in from under the doorway. It was quite cold outside but comfortable inside the room.

It was a hotel.. that's all a building for shelter.
it had roaches moving the furniture turning the thermostat on 67 degrees. somehow they kept opening the refrigerator asking me when was I going to put the "salad" in the microwave. well I was trying to shave they kept asking me to take photos and video of them in progress while they was pushing my toothbrush upon the filthy stained carpet. I have no idea what to do I gave the front desk associate cash. somehow they are waking me in the middle of the night with the Bluetooth speaker playing how deep is your Love the Diddy dirty version remixed in baby oi they began bathing.
Question: #1.) how did the roaches get my code for the phone to turn on the Bluetooth speaker ?
