my reservation was lost so I had to get the only room that was available and it was too small with no oven like I reserved. pool was dirty. the breakfast was horrible. my kids could only swim for a hour because they made you reserve the pool area but only an hour.

The dogs! Pets are allowed in the hotel, was woken up by a dog that was barking nonstop. Also pool was not fully functional, sucked because I specifically booked a hotel with a pool.

Very courteous and friendly and helpful staff, excellent and spacious rooms, great breakfast, everything kept spotless and in good order. Staying here really helped make our visit to Springfield a delight.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at.
Positives:
Spacious, clean, the bed was super comfy, and the comforter was so soft and cozy! Lots of kitchen space and alot of space to just sit and relax. The sofa was comfy and roomy. Nothing bad to say about this gorgeous room. And we loved how the TV swivels so if you're laying in bed, you can watch it or if you're sitting in the "living room" you can swivel it all the way around and watch it that way. And it's a bigger TV than most hotel rooms. The bathroom area is phenomenal as well! Lots of counter space for us women to have all our stuff and then a little room left for the men. And the shower and toilet is separate which is a plus. You know, most women take awhile to get ready, so that being said... my boyfriend could take his shower while I was getting ready at the sink/mirror. The shower was super spacious and nice!
