Had to get hotel personnel to come to the room twice to get tv to work properly the evening of check-in. Then the next morning had the same snowy screen with no picture. Frustrating to have an issue with a basic service item on NFL playoff weekend.

Hotel required $100 deposit that was not advised at booking. Also said that I was not allowed any visitors in the room. I came in town to visit family and it would have been nice to have been able to have my sister over for a visit since she lives 2 hours

Breakfast, room needed major repairs, shower leaked the whole time, toliet was unstable. Hotel needs a complete repair and overhaul. Ice machine in lobby leaked the whole time

The hotel doesnt have a pool, but smells like it does. The whole place smells like mold. The bathroom doors take a lot of strength to move and I almost got trapped a few times. My friend found a moldy fry under our bed. also have pics of mold under sink
