The whole hotel is falling apart. The exercise room is a disaster area, the treadmill is actually dangerous to use since the band is ripping off. The pool water looked dirty. Carpets everywhere are so dirty. Parts of the hotel smell really bad, like cat piss. Apparently they have just been bought and renovations are coming.

It was the only location convenient to where I needed to be while on my trip. But with another trip coming up in January, I may need to reconsider a new location.
Negatives:
First of all, I wasnt aware of name and ownership change during my reservation time. Therefore that led to construction on the first floor of the property. My first room TV did not work nor did the telephone. Second room had dirty walls, stained bed skirts & absolutely terrible cable connection. The layout of the room and the bathroom is not convenient nor conducive to easily moving around and the crooked unaligned furniture, makes it look even worse.

The location is pretty good and many options for very good and quick food are nearby. The highway is right next to the hotel as well. The staff was always helpful and nice. The Wi-fi did not require any password and was both simple to use and reliable.
Negatives:
The property was in the midst of a major overhaul and transfer between owners. As the rooms being offered were prior to the renovation, there were a lot of issues with in-room things not functioning and many amenities were not available. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful with fixing what they could.

Room was very nice, and the bed was the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in! I was given a room right near the elevator for easy in and out access. It was very quiet as I was not on top of the elevator button near it.
Negatives:
I called the front desk very late in the evening several times with no answer. I have demagnetized my entry room key and needed a replacement. It wasnt until I arrived back at the hotel that the person had returned to the front desk.
