It was close to the party we were in town for.
Negatives:
Walked in and husband turned light on to bathroom and a roach scurried. He killed it. I went in bathroom an hour later and 2 roaches on the wall. Ewww I was so disgusted.
Next morning we were leaving early before check out. Sat down in breakfast area to have a bagel and coffee. We told owner about bugs and he said he's never had any. He didn't apologize and then he turned the lights off on us because breakfast is only until 9am and it was 910am. So rude.

The breakfast was ok. The staff was fine.
Negatives:
The room could have been much cleaner. The bathroom smelled like smoke. There were stains on the pillows, couch and just overall didn’t feel very fresh. Carpets could have been vacuumed better in high traffic areas. Also, our 2nd night, there was a lot of noise and slamming of doors well into the 2am hour!! And, the pool was out of service, which was disappointing.
