Positives: We were treated so well. Loved the restaurant. Loved the gym facility and it was very close to our family in the area.

Negatives: We cannot believe that a Hilton property would have an elevator that broke down both days we were there. When we checked in on Friday the girl at the front desk suggested we get a room on ground level because the elevator breaks down when the hotel fills up. She said it causes her great stress. THEY NEED A NEW ONE! Thankfully, we heeded her warning and stayed on the first floor!!!
