Superb
Positives:
The hotel was clean and quiet even though there seemed to be a full house with some young children. The mattress and especially pillows were comfortable. Pillows appeared to be stuffed with real cotton not the synthetic material. Breakfast was very simple with coffee, cereals, yogurt and muffins. The food (example French toasts) was individually wrapped which is thoughtful in the time of Covid and RSV.

The location is good for a stop over night stay
Negatives:
The entire place is being renovated. This should be on their booking. Construction starts early and works into evening. Most of the parking is blocked off due to construction and vehicles for the workers. Not a restful place to go to at the moment. Disappointed that they don't disclose this information until you get to the property and see it for yourself.

It was clean, reasonable, and staff was helpful.
Negatives:
We requested2 rooms together and when arriving was told it could only be on 2nd floor. One person had trouble walking so we didn't do it. It surprised us because it was a Thursday night with few cars on the parking lot.

Positives:
Liked the Hotel...did NOT like being overcharged by booking...had a booking date issue with booking.com General Manager got them on the phone and said her rate would be the same...booking wanted more money. Gen. MGR told booking.com in front of me a rate...and booking.com hit my card for more money. Even after I spoke with them...associate argued that the higher rate was correct...Gen. Mgr then took MY phone and told them IT Was NOT...still charged more money...I'll never use booking.com again

Getting screwed by booking.com...not the first time...but it WILL be the last
