Our non-smoking room was given to a walk-in customer and were told only smoking rooms were available which tainted our overall experience. We were disappointed, upset and obviously sleep deprived due to being non smokers in a smoking room. UNACCEPTABLE!!

I had a terrible experience at the motel.
The staff attempted to charge my credit card without authorization and ignored my email inquiries. This lack of communication and attempted overcharging left me frustrated and disappointed. Beware of their unprofessionalism if you consider staying there.

I had the housekeeping staff knock on my door twice to see if I had left so they could clean the room. I probably should’ve put the sign on the door. I felt rushed to leave. I checked out at before the 11:00 check out time.

The fact that vets are allowed to stay! Our daughter stepped in dog poop that a fellow traveler left after their dog pooped in front of our door. Our daughter was wearing Ugg boots!
We traveled from Pennsylvania to Illinois for a funeral. This was a horrible experience!
I fell a refund is in order just on the principle of the fact! I also had to clean my bathroom due to red mildew on tub mat ( gross and not able to take out) and the rim under toilet bowl had black stuff growing. Our oldest daughter (Ugg boots) had to request fresh linens. Nasty!

Good location and the front desk person was very nice and extremely helpful. Good value for the price. It was clean but definitely dated.
Negatives:
The bed was old and you could feel the wires in the mattress. The refrigerator didn’t work and the room was dated. Although it was heavily stained the carpet felt clean.
