Location-was only 22 miles south of Champaign-Urbana area
Negatives:
Our non-smoking room was given to a walk-in customer and were told only smoking rooms were available which tainted our overall experience. We were disappointed, upset and obviously sleep deprived due to being non smokers in a smoking room. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Hot tub wasn't a proper functioning tub. When turning on the timer you could literally hear a blower motor start in the nearby utility room. Sounded like a shop vac with the leaf blower attachment lol.

Room 206: Room wasn't as clean as expected. Dirt in corners and on bathroom floor. Carpet in hallways didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the room wasn't vacuumed well either. One bug found on the room wall Saturday morning.
