Positives:
The inn is clean with decent facilities for the price. Well at the same time being pet friendly and close enough to Campus without being too close to Campus. There is ample free parking and the staff is always available well at the same time not constantly checking up on you.
Negatives:
The only real downside which is also a bit of an upside is its proximity to the highway as sirens and loud noises from the highway can cause disturbances from time to time. But again it can also be an upside due to the ease of highway entry/exit coming to and from the property.

Is pet family hotel was in a good location right off of major freeway. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly.
