Previous posits experience with Ronald. Until they. Switched shift.

Rudeeeeee!!! Rudeee. They don’t care or value you as a customer. The property was decent. However, I dealt with Nancy and another lady who clearly display customer service issues. I booked an upgrade from the previous night but the room appeared to be a downgrade w/a price increase. She says she has been working the property for over 7 years but doesn’t know what amenities are offered. The rooms are already mediocre. How do you go from a handicapped Queen w/a full size screen to an Executive Queen w/a 12” television at a higher rate?!
After discussing & showing her the room differences & prices. She continued to try to prove an invalid point for over an hr. Nancy did everything but try to make the experience right. Extremely disappointed. Will not return.
