Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the highway, as well as to nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly. Parking was ample.
Negatives: The room was in a bit of need of maintenance, particularly to the carpet with large tears in it. But it was clean and comfortable and well worth the price paid.

Positives: I didn’t like anything about that hotel. It was a non-smoking and people smoked all over that hotel they steal there’s cockroaches there and the staff doesn’t go into your room and clean up at all or give you a change of towels. I was there for two weeks not once that I see a staff member coming vacuum my carpet I did it. I asked him for the vacuum cleaner cause I couldn’t take it anymore And they’re not cheap for two weeks. I paid close to $1700. They stole two jackets of mine and two brand new hoodies plus my insulin and charge me an extra day of $80 when the hotel room was paid for in full just an awful place I called corporate and they did nothing about it. As a matter fact, they hung up on me three times and they took them over three weeks to get , any answer do not book a hotel at extended stay they are just awful

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper. NO coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and only a bar of soap for toiletries. Carpet was dirty and sticky. Sheets were scratchy. No extra blanket or pillow available when we asked. We've stayed at Extrnded Stay locations before, this was nothing like we expected. No utensils, plates, nothing but an empty, dirty room. VERY upset and unhappy.

Negatives: After driving 900 mi., 11:30pm with confirmed reservations we were told no rooms available and they did NOTHING to assist because we booked thru Booking.com. We called ESA corporate who made new reservations 18mi away; we drove there and were again told no rooms available, again they did nothing to assist. We found accommodations with a competitor. Now I find ESA billed my credit card. At the advice of my attorney I will be filling complaints with the Illinois State Attorney General, the BBB and the Department of Veterans affairs. Absolutely horrible experience will never consider Booking.com or ESA again.

Positives: Had cable.
Negatives: Repeatedly went to front desk due to broker TV remotes. Sink leaked when washing bowl. Couldn't get room phone to work when trying to contact front desk. One time no one was at front desk. Front doors don't auto open which made it hard with luggage.
