The hospitality was exceptional.
Negatives:
There seemed to be an infestation of ants recently. Said they got it taken care of but the ants came back. I’ve stayed at this location before and during experience this problem. Who knows the cause but hopefully they get a great company that can solve the issue.

We travel a lot and have been disappointed with hotels advertised as a 4 or 5 star and find out they are a 2 or 3 star at best.This motel and staff does not disappoint. Excellent comfort rating . Excellent cleanliness. Good price . We will book Hyatt House going forward and hope they all have the same standards and conditions as this one in the Naperville / Warren Illinois area.

Negatives:
Toilet seat and inside shower door handle loose. Very minor as both were usable . We checked in late at 7pm .my doctor's appointment was at 3pm the next day . I asked for a 2pm late check out. The friendly receptionist said sure name your time. The next day during checkout there was a $10 surcharge . The motel was not busy at all. The charge was not a problem as it allowed us a place to stay before an annual doctor's appointment. We just wish that we had been advised when the extension was requested, of the additional charge. This did not alter my opinion of this location and staff being of an excellent ratings .
