It was nice!
Positives:
Check in was seamless. She was extremely friendly and made sure she answered any questions we had! Our room was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us and made us feel at home away from home. The pool was well kept and was comfortable temperature wise. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we loved that they offered different options each morning, not just cold cereal and fruit.
Negatives:
The only issues we had were that we had a staff member come to our room the second night and tell us we were being too loud (our kids were playing uno) when we were hardly making any noise at all. Which made our kids a little uncomfortable. Also, our room keys were deactivated the morning of checkout. So we had to go down and reactivate keys to be able to get our belongings out to our car (all of the doors except for the front door require room keys to use). Also, the morning of check out there were 3 preteen/teenage children that were being allowed to run around the lobby, including tables/chairs/desks, and they about knocked my children over several times. However that was more of a parenting issue than a hotel issue.

I did not like not having a microwave, few chairs and a table. I did not like where vanity was located (it was outside of the bathroom, I did not like the closet there was no drawers at all. I think the fitness center was pretty small and very less equipment, besides non working equipment.

Comfortable, clean large rooms and super friendly and accommodating staff … only downside is the bathroom sink area is outside the bathroom/shower itself which is behind a door … and the bathroom is very tight. Otherwise, the best! Will be staying there again!
