Smells, dirty, towels not clean, musty smell the moment you walk into lobby. We cut our stay short and still have not been refunded for the extra day, pool was being used to store furniture, dirty halls. Overall awful.

There was no waste basket . I got a non smoking room that smelled like a cigarette, burn holes all in the comforter . People yelling and fighting the entire stay we had to check out at 5am it was scary ! We only lasted in the room for 2 hours . And I was not offered a refund just a different tool but I wasnt staying . Not clean enough during covid-19
