I love that it's convenient to bowling and the casino. We reserved 5 rooms to have a NYE gathering, and with 7 kids, this hotel was perfect. Not too clean, not too stuffy, pool in the hotel, adjoining rooms, free breakfast, quick walk to the bowling alley
Negatives:
There was a lot of marijuana smell on our floor. For a non-smoking hotel, you'd think this would be regulated more. If you're looking for perfect, this isn't it. But perfect you're looking for a place to bring the kids and not worry about too much noise

Excellent place. Staff was very friendly and place was clean.

Breakfast was the best thing. Everything was always full and no issues with food being hard or not good. The ladies in there were very nice when trying to get thru to clean.

We were downgraded to a two queen without a pullout couch. They replaced the pull out with a roll away cot which only gave us extra room for 1 person. This was a party of 6. They mirror in the room was lopsided and there was a huge crack above it. The bathroom had mold and there was a huge stain on the ground and stains all over the walls. We hadnt noticed the stains and molds until we got back late at night so we were too tired to say something.

Over all it was just an okay hotel for us. Probably will not go back.

The property was conveniently located near six flags great America, which was our purpose for traveling to gurnee. The girl working the desk on Saturday (10/21) night was fantastic, super friendly, welcoming and made check in a breeze (name started with a K). Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, lots of hot options. Hotel was near lots of retail/food options. Pool was smaller than expected but clean and kids had plenty of fun swimming before bed. Room was clean and spacious.
Negatives:
Nothing really stood out as bad. Our blind was torn near the bottom but it didnt affect use.

I booked this hotel half a month in advance and on the evening of the 6th I got off the plane, picked up my rental car and drove to the hotel. I was told there were no rooms available, it was fully booked and I was offered a free room at another hotel 6 minutes away. I went to the other hotel and stayed there. They told me it was free and that they would not charge me for the room tonight because they were sorry, but I found out that my card was still charged and I have no refunded today (the 12th). This was a very bad stay !!!!!!
