The staff was really professional and nice. The queen suit was really nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and even the pull out sofa bed. The TV wasn't working so call for maintenance to come up and fix it. He was very quick to come up and help fix it. Otherwise everything was prepared on time for the family arrivals.
