Travelodge by Wyndham Waukegan Gurnee

Negatives: There was nothing to like! It was disgusting! Stains everywhere on the furnished the pictures on the website were misleading the room looked nothing like it showed! IT was horrible!!! I ended up leaving and going somewhere else yall need to have that Place shut down!

Negatives: All door access were open all night

Negatives: No breakfast even though they said they did bathroom bad condition building smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew filthy carpets security doors opened all night people smoking pot and drinking in hallways and outside windows no cups rude employees neg E

Negatives: Top bed cover had burn holes in both bedrooms One room had a couch with blood stains everywhere including on pull out couch Silverfish bugs Rooms look like a DIY work in progress Bathroom door in one room had a fist sized hole in it

Negatives: Dirty parking lot

Negatives: There were suspicious stains on most of the furniture, not to mention that the mattress under the mattress cover was yellow and brown. There was a cockroach in the bathroom I had to kill and during the middle of the night someone let their kid just scream for like 15 minutes. They also made up a $20 "room deposit" and the guy who took the money from me said I'd get half of it back upon check out. I got the full $20 back because the older lady working there wasn't in on the fact her son/coworker wanted to keep half of the made up deposit. That was probably the only good thing. The sheets/bed made my partner and I itchy too so I was scared about bed bugs but thankfully I don't think we got them.

Negatives: It does NOT take pets despite being advertised on Booking.com as pet friendly. There are 3 signs at check-in clearly stating no pets.

Negatives: Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Clerks were shabby, unfriendly & unkempt

Negatives: No smoking room had an ashtray in it and the place just generally reeks of cigarettes even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. Beds were stained, sheets were stained, towels were stained, the one chair in the room was stained. Felt uncomfortable with the staff.

Negatives: It smelled like cigarettes from the minute you walk into the building. There's a $20 deposit that's cash only and their ATM didn't work. There was a fingernail on the night stand, and the room seriously needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.
