It was extremely clean. While it is an older building, it’s been kept up and updated nicely. The toilet was a quality one that flushed powerfully and shower had great water pressure (I have noticed this is an area often not up to par in older buildings)

Clean, reasonably comfortable room.
Negatives:
For the price, we would expect the breakfast to be included. Instead it's an extra cost but the prices are not posted either in the hotel or online. The shower head was not adjustable and mounted so high that by thr time the water got to me there was little pressure. The wifi is only available to Marriott Bonvoy members. The parking lot was half closed off with no sign other than caution tape so we had to carry our luggage through the landscaping beds. I do not recommend.

Staff seemed seemed disengaged. Not friendly or outgoing. The tv did not work. They promised to take of it but never did.
