We arrived around the time range we said we would in the early AM. Nobody was around to check us in so we called the phone in the lobby as indicated. The operator said that a desk clerk would come down momentarily to help us. Twenty minutes later I called again and the same thing. I called again a third time and was told that the hotel had been overbooked despite having a confirmation on a room. We were forced to spend the night in my car. I am requesting a full refund.

Positives:
NOTHING!!! Wasn't able to stay there since the property said they didn't have the reservation and they had no room. Left the traveller stranded in an unfamiliar location. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

EVERTHING! It could have been a lot better if the hotel had honored the reservation. No person at check-in to help out either. WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

Definitely one of the WORST...
Positives:
The location was really nice, we had stuff to do in the area that was not far.
Negatives:
It was not clean at all, underneath the bed there was alot of trash. The shower pole was placed very poorly,there was also hair in the bath which shows that no one actually took time to clean. Usually at a hotel there is complementary shampoo/conditioner/hand soap and other items but it looked like no one put any out. I’ve been to plenty of hotels and this one was by far an unsatisfying stay.
