We arrived at the hotel after 10 hours of drive and hotel we site was done and we did not get room for a long time since hotel system was down. Staff made not effort to make people standing line comfortable or come up with any alternate option .
Very rude staff and surprised they do. It have any back up system check people in if the system is down .
