They completely ignored a harmless request to do a favor and shift the dates of our stay. No cancellation was requested, just change dates without losing money! And the request was caused by a severe winter storm in IA, which nobody could expect and/or control. Such a mindless greed and pettiness. They grabbed a fee for a single night, but lost all other potential fees, because trips are supposed to be regular to this area.

The facility was nice, breakfast was good. Staff was great except for one person.
Negatives:
The staff member that first evening when I called to let him know that my toilet needed plunging he let me know that no one from maintenance was in and that I could come down and get the plunger because he had guest in line and couldn't bring it and I would have to plung it my self. It wasn't a pupped toilet, I know he didn't know that, but it was the way he was like, "You can come get it. When I go down to get the plunger, someone walking in informs me that the guy is outside smoking a cigarette, so I wait there 2 minutes or so, and he comes in. I can understand that he was alone and that he may have been busy it was just his tone and the fact when I get down there you are outside smoking a cigarette he didn't even offer to bring if he couldn't that's fine but he seemed really unconcerned and un bothered by the fact that I couldn't use the toliet.
