Positives:
The people working at breakfast were nice and the breakfast itself was fine. The location is good if you are visiting IU and there was ample parking.
Negatives:
The rooms are very dated and old. There was a desk but no lamp provided. The electric outlets look like they are from the 1980s. The hotel as a full restaurant but it was only open for breakfast. It was also disappointing that there was no housingkeeping service for the 3 full days we were there. We were so busy we didn't inform the front desk but it was not great. I know staffing can be an issue, but...for the high daily rate of this hotel...a daily room freshening should have happened.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, curtains didn't close at all for privacy, spent night watching car lights pull in and out of parking space by our room, sliding door for bathroom, no USB outlets in the room to charge devices.

There is an entire Dining room and bar are not being used. I would have considered a regular dining experience. My assumption is that you continue to have staffing issues.

Bathtub and sink were both clogged, the heating unit was making loud noise while running and the room wallpaper was peeling off. I have take videos and photos as documentation and will be happy to share with the corporate office
