Rude employees, no elevator to 2nd floor, room was not cleaned after 1st night , way to expensive for quality of hotel. I had to ask for more towels and they brought towels that were thin and way to small for bath towels. I’m pretty sure they were pool towels or something. I had room on 1st floor but the woman at desk said it was showing as not cleaned so we had to walk upstairs to 2nd floor. Water was green in bath.

The door didn’t unlock properly because it was broken the knob looked like it was going to fall off at any second, we heard people talking throughout most of the night, the bathtub was a bit dirty so we didn’t use it
