When I checked in I was informed that housekeeping would only clean the room every other day. I was staying for four nights. At NO time was my room cleaned. I did talk to the front desk and they claimed a computer err but the room still wasn't serviced
Negatives:
Because the lack of housekeeping, one was also short of coffee in the room. When I complained I was told that even when the room is serviced additional coffee is not included

Un-vacuumed carpet, soap crud in the shower, toilet paper holder literally falling off the wall, toilet seat cover loose, and something brown on the wall we were hoping was not excrement.

Nice and clean stop while traveling.

Clean comfortable room that allowed my dog. I didnt get assigned one of the dog rooms that some hotels charge extra for cleaning but then dont have the same cleaning standards the regular rooms.

We liked the location of the property.

The layout of the hotel is weird and elevators are not located near exit doors to make bringing luggage to your room easier. The buffet breakfast was not very good, most of the items were not hot and there was hardly any flavor in any of the food. The bedsheets had some stains on them and the thermostat in the room didnt work well. The room was either freezing cold or really hot.
