Positives: Breakfast was mostly gone when we went at 7:45.
Negatives: More attention to what was happening at breakfast. There were a lot of workers staying there, so they should have been cognizant of the food situation.

Positives: The pool was closed and I heard it’s been closed for a long time. I was told I could fix myself a decent breakfast with biscuits and gravy, then they said not much breakfast because “the machines were broken for a long time”.
Negatives: No pool Not much breakfast available.

Negatives: I didnt even get to stay. They canceled my reservation without telling me and left us with nowhere to stay. We had to drive almost 5 hours back home on zero sleep becasue all hotels within 2 hours of where we were were sold out due to Louder Than Life. I am also out the money for 3 out of the 4 days of the festival we were there to attend

Negatives: The room smelled really badly, there was stuff growing around the bathroom door frame, the wifi barely worked, couldn’t watch tv because you had to log into your own streaming services, which no one wants to do, we did not have toilet paper in our room when we got here.

Positives: The hotel is at a quiet location with lots of outdoor space for pets to do their business. The beds were very nicely made and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was really clean & the shower was hot. I really loved the soap & shampoo dispensers. The smart TV was hooked up for all types of programming, Netflix, Hulu etc and there were plenty of plugs to charge electronics. Amazingly enough, the room did NOT smell from other dogs and my puppy enjoyed her stay as well. I appreciated the poop bags outside for easy clean up.
Negatives: The fitted sheets were not deep enough to stay on the mattress. The laundry room had empty vending machines. The swimming pool didn't look open.
