We liked the location and had stayed here on our way to our destination 3 weeks prior and had a great stay! This time we had a room on the second floor and it was cold. It took several hours to get the room warm and the bathroom never did warm up. Breakfast was meh and the gentleman who checked us in did not tell us what time breakfast was served or even where our room was located. The grab bar in the ballroom by the tub was loose. The room was surprisingly quiet. Bathrooms by the check in desk were conveniently out of service. If this would have been our first stay we would not have returned the second time.

Live roach in son and daughter in law’s room - in the broad daylight. Will NOT stay there again! The hotel appears to have changed owners, and there were few people staying even over on a holiday weekend, which is a huge red flag.

Easy booking, friendly staff and...

Standard room. Had 2 chairs which was handy for storing close. Beds were comfortable enough.

Lobby was quite cold. It was 60 degrees in the lobby/breakfast room which I don't find acceptable. Heat was off in our room when we checked in so I turned it on and in 20-30 minutes, it was beginning to be heated. I find a cold room unacceptable in winter (November 27). Breakfast was minimal with gravy but no sausage, Cheerios were good and were the only option without added sugar. Please serve some yogurt without sweeteners. Three apples, were on display and more fruit is needed. Coffee was awful, some of the worst I've ever had.

Once I got to my room it was a decent place. Rest was old and dated.

Manager needs to learn please and thank you go a long way. Called front desk to say I needed battery for my remote and he just hangs up. Absolutely, no customer service skills what do ever. Needs to learn in our culture we say thank you!!
