Positives: Location is great staff is great
Negatives: The 10th floor had water damage we woke up to a very loud drilling that shook our room and continued for about an hour it was very annoying pool and hot tub was down which I feel should have been more apparent and room price should have been adjusted

Negatives: long story but the hotel check in person would not help with getting in the rooms. Just uncooperative and disrespectful.
