Great location . Clean rooms , the breakfasts servers are anxious to get home. They are waiting to shut the doors right at 10 am and even when I got down there at 9:30 they didnt want bring out more waffle mix. Other than that good stay

Parking was blocked off for paving that was supposed to be completed prior to our stay according to signs. Parking not well lit for safety. No carts for hauling luggage. No signs indicating pet area. Room was not clean and stank of dirty floors and walls. Wiped up water spill on floor with napkins and napkins came away BROWN with filth. No cups provided in room for coffee maker, booked accessible accommodations and no accessible rooms were available upon arrival. Front desk was not visible from entrance. Found live cockroach on floor at coffee bar in lobby. Beds were worn out. No liners in all garbage cans. Not multiple outlets near beds. Toilet was slow and clogged from prior booking upon first use. Room had popcorn ceilings from the 80s to hat clearly hadnt been updated.

The hotel was good but the shower gel was empty, There was coffee and tea bags in the room with but no foam/paper coffee cups and there were no plastic/paper glasses for water in the room either. I have stayed in several Hampton Inns across the country during my working career and this was the most disappointing breakfast that I can remember.
